I was overrun with e-mails about where I could find Zip Code and County
Boundary Data for PA,DE, and MD.  The following are a sum of the answers I
received over the last week.

Here are some sites that have zip code files:

Also, If you have AV 3.2a and have the 5 CDs of data that comes with it,
then
you'll find the zip code data on the eastern usa CD. Don't just assume all
the data from ESRI is the same (like it use to be).
